You know it, I may have directly stolen this idea from .net but I think its a great idea for individuals to monitor their progress and chart their 'parkour journey'. All welcome
I'll kick things off...
Recent Accomplishments
Muscle up/planche- last night in soton I performed my first planches on a rail, 3 in fact.
Bit better split foot entry and exit from catjumps.
My climbups/passe murailles are much better now.
Level to level vaults are improving
that armjump to the little white wall at solent uni
Targets for the future
3 Planche/M-ups in one set and to make them more symmetrical
Better underbars
Continue with interval training and get heart as big as a horse's
better level2level vaults
Cool, iggy
Would like to hear as many as possible

Acc.
3 planche in one set!!!
Jump in the woods I been scared of since forever
Doing the SDB/Cat leap across the gap of the old town walls in Soton
Quad-balance the asda green rail quite fast
Targets.
Precision jumping said SDB the other direction
Beach Lifeguard swim requirements(am a little bit closer).
Better *Confidence in my abilities*
Better split foot take off
Still can't make my planche symmetrical-this slows me down
Do green rail faster

Do you have any idea how expensive this is? Well worth it though.
