I've heard talk about a vault called a sting vault i think, which is supposed to be a 360 kong vault. But is it possible to do a 360 dash?

I prefer parkour to freestyle but i like doing iteresting things like that because it gives me a good understanding and knowledge of my body and what im capeable of.

Plus it would look pretty funky to say the least. Very Happy

id probably try to be almost flat out by the time id got 180 so i had my knees facing the obstacle then twist the final 180 and place my hands down.

ive done somethong like that before,
wat i do is i jump feet first like a normal dash but twist 180 so my feet are still going first but i am front down to the object (as if doing a kong) then i push off with my hands and twist 180 to my feet. so 360 in all.

tell me if u understand, if no one does i will try and explain again!

The only bit that should really be very hard would be keeping your arms under control and not just swinging them round with the rotation. because they are the bit that needs to be precise.
