Hey guys

This is my new sampler that i have been working on filming and getting footage for since late 2008.

I feel that recently i have progressed quite a lot and everytime i go out and train i achieve something new.

My confidence has gone up and im happy with my level at the moment but know i can push myself a lot more.

Criticisms would be appreciated.
