As you are well aware we are now entering what is supposed to be the hottest few months of the year, and i can tell this from today.

I went out stupidly without putting any sun cream on and i was out in the sun topless all day from about 11 till 5.

The result is looking as though i have a red long sleeved t-shirt on... Yes i look like a lobster. A.k.a i got really badly sun burnt and now im sore!

Just a little note to all free runners:

Take Sun cream out when training

Drink lots of water - Keep hydrated

Have short rests in the shade so you dont suffer from heat stroke.

Take it easy guys, we dont need any more lobsters on the website.
